General Questions
Who are the tutors?
All of our tutors are graduates in their respective fields (Undergraduate, Graduate, Masters, or PhD).
What they all have in common is expertise in their academic subjects and a passion for helping students succeed.
Are your tutors DBS checked?
All staff are DBS checked.
What subjects do you offer tutoring in?
We focus on maths only. Maths specialists.
How many students are in a class?

Where are the lessons held?
Our face-to-face lessons are held in secondary schools across the Greenwich, Bexley & Hackney Boroughs.
All other lessons are held online.
How frequent are the lessons?
Tuition lessons take place on a weekly basis at the same time, with the same tutor, and with the same group of students (group sessions only).
How long is each lesson?
Each lesson is 2 hours per subject.
If you are interested in one-to-one sessions, these are 1 hour per subject (online only).
How will you assess my child?
Homework is set weekly, and tutors provide feedback when marking it. We also hold mock exams throughout the year to test the student on what has been covered.
How do I know how my child is progressing?
We issue weekly student reports outlining your child’s progress. This report details what has been covered in the lesson and provides action points for areas of focus.
What exam boards do you cover?
We aim to cover a broad spectrum of the national curriculum, addressing all major exam boards. Our exam revision periods are tailored specifically to each student’s exam board, using board-specific past papers and practice questions.
How do I book my free trial lesson?

Are there any contracts?
There are no contracts and no hidden fees. You may choose to leave at the end of any month.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Paying monthly gives you a generous discount compared to paying weekly.
How do you charge?
We accept cash (face-to-face sessions only), card, and direct debit payments.
Payments are charged monthly during the first week of the month.
Can I add or remove subjects at any time?
If you miss a lesson, we charge 50% of the lesson fee.
Students can watch catch-up videos on the learning hub and have access to the classwork and homework.
