How often should my child have lessons?
Most students benefit from one lesson per week. However, students approaching exams or requiring additional support may benefit from more frequent or longer sessions.
We’ll discuss the most suitable approach during your assessment.
Can we change programmes?
Yes. Your child’s needs may change over time. Their programme can be reviewed and adjusted as they progress.
Can my child have a different lesson length?
Yes. While our three programmes provide a simple starting point, lesson arrangements can be discussed based on your child’s individual circumstances and availability.
Do you teach SATs, 11+, KS3 and GCSE?
Yes. The Maths Room provides personalised maths tuition across SATs, 11+, KS3 and GCSE, including GCSE Foundation and Higher.
Are lessons online?
Lessons are delivered [ONLINE / IN PERSON / ONLINE AND IN PERSON]. Details will be confirmed when your assessment is booked.
What happens after I book the assessment?
You’ll receive confirmation of your assessment. Following the assessment, we’ll discuss our recommendations and, if you decide to continue, you’ll be onboarded to your secure The Maths Room Parent Portal.
